Wipro NLTH 2026 — Complete Preparation Guide
Wipro NLTH — National Level Talent Hunt — is one of the most accessible fresher hiring programs in India. The bar is a bit lower than TCS or Infosys, but that also means more competition. Knowing the exact pattern gives you a real edge. Here's what you need to know.
What NLTH Actually Is
NLTH is Wipro's off-campus hiring drive for freshers. Open to all streams — not just CS. The process is fully online until the final offer. Minimum CGPA is 6.0, no active backlogs.
Online Test — 3 Sections
The NLTH online test has three main sections. Total duration is around 60-75 minutes.
- Aptitude — Quantitative, logical reasoning, verbal. Standard difficulty. Time management is the challenge.
- Written Communication — An essay or email writing task. Many candidates underestimate this. It matters.
- Coding — 2 problems in 45 minutes. Easy to medium. C, C++, Java, or Python.
Coding Section Tips
Wipro coding questions are generally easier than TCS or Infosys. Basic array problems, string manipulation, simple logic. If you've solved 20-30 easy problems on HackerRank, you're prepared.
- Focus on getting one problem completely correct rather than attempting both partially
- Always handle edge cases — empty input, zeros, negative numbers
- Python recommended for speed if you know it
- Practice Wipro-tagged problems on PrepInsta
Interview Rounds
Wipro typically has 2-3 interview rounds for NLTH candidates.
Technical Round: Resume-based questions plus core CS. OOPs, DBMS, one programming language in depth. Projects are discussed — especially if you have cloud or web projects. Wipro values cloud skills heavily in 2026.
- OOPs — all four pillars with real examples
- DBMS — SQL queries, normalization, transactions
- Cloud basics — AWS or Azure fundamentals are a plus
- Your project — be ready to explain architecture and challenges
HR Round: Standard questions — about yourself, why Wipro, relocation, career goals. 10-15 minutes. Be confident and honest.
