Campus Placement Interview ची तयारी कशी करावी 2026 — Step by Step

Campus placement म्हणजे बहुतेकांचं पहिलं real interview. आणि पहिल्यांदाच interview देताना nervous होणं normal आहे. पण nervous असणं आणि unprepared असणं — यात फरक आहे. Nervous असलेला पण prepared candidate नेहमी select होतो.

Campus Placement Process कसा असतो

बहुतेक companies च्या campus placement मध्ये हे rounds असतात:

• Aptitude Test / Online Assessment — पहिला filter
• Group Discussion — काही companies साठी
• Technical Interview — Core CS, projects, coding
• HR Interview — Background, motivation, attitude

Aptitude Test ची तयारी

Aptitude test मध्ये वेळ हा सर्वात मोठा challenge असतो. Questions कठीण नसतात — पण वेळेत सोडवणं कठीण असतं.

• Quantitative Aptitude — Percentage, profit-loss, time-work, speed-distance
• Logical Reasoning — Series, puzzles, syllogisms
• Verbal Ability — Reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary

रोज 30 मिनिटे IndiaBix वर practice करा. Placement आधी 3-4 आठवडे हे sufficient आहे.

Technical Interview — काय तयारी करायची

Technical interview हा सर्वात important round आहे. Interviewer तुमचा resume बघतो आणि त्यावरून questions विचारतो.

Core subjects — हे नक्की prepare करा:

• OOPs — Inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, abstraction — definition + real example
• DBMS — SQL queries, normalization, joins, primary vs foreign key
• Data Structures — Arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues — basic operations
• OS — Process vs thread, deadlock, virtual memory
• C/Java basics — Pointers (C), collections (Java), exception handling

Projects — सर्वात जास्त prepare करा:

तुमच्या resume वर जो project आहे त्याबद्दल interviewer 10-15 मिनिटे विचारू शकतो. या questions साठी ready असा:

• हा project का बनवला? Problem काय होती?
• कोणत्या technologies वापरल्या? का?
• सर्वात कठीण problem काय आली? कशी solve केली?
• आता हा project improve करायचा असेल तर काय करशील?

HR Interview — Attitude दाखवण्याची संधी

HR round technical नसतो — पण तो underestimate करू नका. HR interviewer तुमचा attitude, communication, आणि company fit बघतो.

• "स्वतःबद्दल सांगा" — 2 मिनिटांचं prepared answer. Education, skills, goal.
• "Relocation करायला ready आहात का?" — हो म्हणा. नंतर negotiate करता येतं.
• "5 वर्षांनंतर कुठे असाल?" — Technical growth + leadership role.
• "Weakness काय आहे?" — Real weakness सांगा, पण त्यावर काम करत आहात हे पण सांगा.

Interview Day — काय लक्षात ठेवायचं

• Resume चे 4-5 copies आणा
• 10 मिनिटे आधी पोहोचा
• Formal कपडे — neat and clean
• माहीत नसलेल्या प्रश्नाला "मला माहीत नाही, पण मी असा approach घेईन" असं सांगा
• शेवटी interviewer ला एक question विचारा — curiosity दाखवतं
