AI Resume Suggestion ("we", "us", "the Service") provides an AI-powered resume analysis and optimisation tool available at this website.

The core analysis — ATS score, missing keywords, surgical rewrites, and heatmap — is provided free of charge.

Downloading the optimised resume file (PDF or DOCX) requires a free AI-enhanced resume download.

Price: Free. The resume download is provided at no cost.

Payment processor:All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details, UPI ID, or any payment information on our servers. Razorpay's Privacy Policy governs how your payment data is handled.

Accepted methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and all other methods supported by Razorpay in India.

Currency: Indian Rupees (INR) only.

Because the download is delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered to your browser.

Exception: If you paid successfully but did not receive the download (technical failure), contact us at contact.toolboxpublic@gmail.com within 48 hours with your Razorpay payment ID, and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload documents containing malware, scripts, or executable code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI analysis API.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its output commercially without written permission.
• Submit content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that violate these terms or abuse the free analysis tier.

The AI-generated analysis and rewrites are provided "as is" and are intended as suggestions only. We do not guarantee that using our rewrites will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific employment outcome.

AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate or suboptimal suggestions. Always review the generated output before submitting your resume to an employer. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your resume content.

The PDF download rebuilds your resume as plain text (Helvetica font). Original visual design, custom fonts, and column layouts are not preserved. For layout-critical resumes, use the DOCX download or apply the suggested rewrites manually to your original file.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Resume Suggestion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to a paid download shall not exceed ₹0 as the service is currently free.

The analysis, rewrites, and polished text generated by the Service are provided to you for personal use. You may use the output freely in your job applications.

The Service software, UI, blog content, and AI prompts are owned by AI Resume Suggestion and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
