Campus Placement साठी Resume Tips — 2026 मध्ये Selection होण्याचा Formula

Campus placement मध्ये एक reality आहे जी कोणी सांगत नाही: 60-70% students resume screening मध्येच बाहेर पडतात. म्हणजे interview round ला पोहोचायच्या आधीच खेळ संपतो. घाबरायचं नाही — पण हे serious घ्यायला हवं. Resume strong असेल तर interview मिळतो. Interview मिळाला तर job मिळू शकतो. हे sequence आहे.

Campus Placement Process समजून घ्या

बहुतेक कंपन्यांचा campus recruitment process असा असतो:

• Step 1: Resume Screening / Shortlisting
• Step 2: Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)
• Step 3: Online Aptitude Test / Coding Test
• Step 4: Technical Interview (1 किंवा 2 rounds)
• Step 5: HR Interview
• Step 6: Offer Letter

Resume screening हा पहिला filter आहे. या टप्प्यात HR फक्त 10–15 seconds प्रत्येक resume बघतो — म्हणून पहिल्या नजरेत impact असणे गरजेचे आहे.

CGPA आणि Eligibility

बहुतेक कंपन्यांकडे minimum CGPA cutoff असतो. हे आधी check करा:

Campus Placement Resume Structure

Campus placement साठी 1 page resume mandatory आहे. या order मध्ये sections ठेवा:

• Contact Info — Name, Phone, Email, LinkedIn, GitHub
• Education — Degree, College, CGPA, Year — हे TOP ला ठेवा
• Skills — Technical skills specific आणि categorized
• Projects — 2–3 projects with tech stack and outcome
• Internships — असल्यास include करा
• Certifications — NPTEL, Coursera, AWS, HackerRank
• Achievements — Hackathons, competitive coding, sports, NSS

बरेच students achievements section skip करतात. हे चुकीचे आहे. Achievements recruiters ला तुमची extra-curricular abilities आणि competitive spirit दाखवतात.

• Hackathon — "Top 10 in Smart India Hackathon 2025 out of 500 teams"
• Competitive coding — "LeetCode 500+ problems solved, Rating 1650"
• Academic — "Department topper in 5th semester"
• Leadership — "Technical Head, IEEE Student Chapter, organized 3 workshops"
• Sports — State level किंवा university level achievements

Campus Placement Resume च्या 5 चुका

• Objective statement: "To get a good job" — हे write करू नका. Professional summary लिहा.
• 2 पेक्षा जास्त pages: Freshers साठी 1 page strict नियम आहे.
• Generic skills: "MS Office, Internet Browsing" — हे skills नाहीत. Remove करा.
• Personal details: Date of birth, religion, caste, marital status — हे 2026 च्या resume मध्ये नको.
• Spelling mistakes: Resume submit करण्यापूर्वी 3 वेळा check करा — Grammarly वापरा.

वेगळ्या कंपन्यांसाठी वेगळे Resume

एकच resume सर्व companies ला पाठवू नका. प्रत्येक company च्या JD नुसार resume थोडा customize करा:
