Java येतं — पण resume मध्ये नीट दाखवता येत नाही. हे बऱ्याच Java developers चं problem आहे. फक्त "Java" लिहिलं तर ATS ला पुरेसं नाही. Recruiter ला पुरेसं नाही. काय आणि कसं लिहायचं — हे सांगतो.

सर्वात common चूक

बहुतेक Java developers चा skills section असा दिसतो:

❌ चुकीचं: Skills: Java, Spring, SQL, Git, Teamwork

हे weak आहे. ATS ला specific keywords लागतात. "Spring" नाही — "Spring Boot" हवं. "SQL" बरोबर "MySQL" किंवा "PostgreSQL" specific हवं.

Professional Summary — 2 lines, Java skills + target role
Technical Skills — Categories मध्ये, specific technologies

💡 Tip: Java version specific लिहा — "Java (Core Java, Java 8)" — फक्त "Java" पेक्षा हे खूप जास्त effective आहे ATS साठी.

Fresher साठी:

"Core Java आणि Spring Boot मध्ये strong foundation असलेला fresher developer. 2 REST API projects built आणि AWS वर deployed. CGPA 8.0, no backlogs. Backend developer role साठी apply करतोय."

Projects — Java Fresher साठी

Experience नाही — projects हेच portfolio आहे. प्रत्येक project entry मध्ये:

काय build केलं — specific features
GitHub link — mandatory
Deploy केलं का — AWS, Heroku, anywhere

⚠️ Warning: GitHub link नसेल तर project entry weak वाटतो. Code push करा, README लिहा, मग resume मध्ये add करा.
